My name is Rion. I have many years of barbering experience. I started my journey as a trainee in 2019 and have since progressed my career and I am now the Lounge Manger. Since joining the team I have gained the right set of skills and knowledge that is required to carry out and excel in my role within this industry. My favourite part of my job is knowing that every customer that has sat in my chair has left happy.

Booking Policy at The Smooth Fade:
Lateness Policy:
We value your time, and we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event of lateness, we will make every effort to accommodate your service within the remaining time, but please be aware that tardiness may result in a shortened or modified session.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE
Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is intended to compensate for the reserved time and lost business opportunities. The cancellation fee will be a percentage of the booked service and will be communicated at the time of booking.
